You have 60 days from the date your order arrives to request a full refund. If the Furvana Steam Brush or Lint & Fur Glove does not meet your expectations simply reach out to our support team and we will process your refund promptly — no questions asked.
What is eligible for a return
- Items purchased within the last 60 days
- Items in original or gently used condition
- Items purchased directly from fur-vana.com
What is not eligible for a return
- Items purchased more than 60 days ago
- Items purchased from third party retailers
- Items that have been intentionally damaged
How to start a return
Starting a return is simple. Just follow these three steps:
- Email us at support@teamfurvana.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps
- Once approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no cost — no return required.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective in which case Furvana will cover all return shipping costs.
